All you need to bring is water. There is a kitchen on site to refill if needed. 

Wear something you feel comfortable and can move in, this is IMPORTANT.

We would suggest:

• Leotard
• Tights
• Leggings
• Sports shorts
• Non restricting top 

No socks - unless the teacher says otherwise during class.

Please make sure all hair is up and out of the way. 

If you have short hair please use a head band or clips to keep it out of the face. 

So there is no distractions for the studensts and staff we do not allow anyone to stay in the studio to watch. Also, for safeguarding purposes no-one is aloud to stay in the studio and watch. You are welcome to stay outside the studio on the seating and look through the window occasionally.
